Ethical Guidelines for Editors
Manuscripts submitted to the journal shall be evaluated solely on the basis of their originality, novelty, scientific merit, research quality, and clarity of language. Editorial decisions must not be influenced by the authors’ nationality, region, religion, gender, or any personal considerations.
The editor must ensure that the peer review process remains strictly confidential at all stages. All submitted manuscripts must be treated as confidential documents and should not be disclosed or shared with anyone other than the designated reviewers.
Editorial decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscripts should be exclusively based on the reviewers’ comments and recommendations. Under no circumstances should an editor make decisions based on personal interests or biases.
The editor is also responsible for ensuring that manuscripts containing plagiarism or unethical content are not accepted for publication.
Ethical Guidelines for Reviewers
Reviewers play a critical role in assisting the editorial board in making informed decisions, and therefore must conduct reviews with utmost diligence and responsibility.
Each reviewer should provide a detailed, objective, and constructive evaluation of the manuscript, focusing on the scientific content and quality of the work presented.
Reviewers must not establish direct or indirect communication with the authors under any circumstances. They are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the manuscript, including the research content, authorship details, and institutional affiliations.
Reviewers must not use any data, ideas, or content from the manuscript for their own research or teaching purposes without proper authorization.
Ethical Guidelines for Authors
Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the standards and guidelines prescribed by the journal. Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their submissions, including the accuracy of data and the originality of the work.
Authors are solely accountable for any instances of plagiarism or scientific inaccuracies in their manuscripts. Consequently, the publisher, journal, editorial board members, reviewers, and administrators shall not be held responsible for any copyright infringement or ethical violations committed by the authors.
All authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to their work. The journal and its associated personnel shall not be liable for any issues arising from undisclosed conflicts or infringements by the authors.
Ethical Guidelines on Use of Generative AI
The use of AI tools for purposes such as grammar correction, language improvement, or formatting is permitted. However, the use of AI tools for generating substantive content, including text, data, figures, or graphs, is strictly prohibited.
Authors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy. If a published article is found to contain significant AI-generated content, it will be subject to retraction following a proper investigation.
Statement on Plagiarism
The journal maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism in any form. If any individual identifies potential plagiarism in a published article, they may report it to the corresponding author and/or the Editor/Administrator.
Upon receiving such a complaint, a Plagiarism Investigation Committee will be constituted to examine the issue, and the authors will be asked to provide an explanation. If the authors fail to respond satisfactorily or acknowledge the issue, appropriate actions may be taken, including rejection or retraction of the article, and restriction of the authors from future submissions.
In serious cases, the publisher reserves the right to inform the authors’ affiliated institutions regarding the misconduct.
Ethical Compliance Statement
These ethical guidelines are integral to the journal’s publication policy. Submission of a manuscript to the journal implies that all authors have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the journal’s terms, conditions, and ethical standards.
